Unified Community Connections, formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Central Maryland, is a private, nonprofit organization that serves, assists and advocates for children and adults with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities. Headquartered in Hunt Valley, Md., UC2 has four satellite centers throughout Maryland, enabling the organization to provide programs and services in 18 counties and Baltimore City.
